You’ll be surprised that this photo was taken at Manila yesterday during the height of Typhoon Pedring’s rage. Meteorologists around the globe were stunned by the typhoon’s fury. Experts say that a deadly combination of high tide and storm surge had caused this.
The local government of Pasay had informed the media that it will cost around Php 30 million to rehabilitate Baywalk.

Meanwhile in the Philippines…
Waves as high as the coconut trees are currently battering Manila Bay as Typhoon Pedring (International name: Nesat) unleashes its fury with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph.
Although, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) assured that Typhoon Pedring will not be like Ondoy. Two years ago, Tropical Storm Ondoy had wreaked havoc over the capital city of Manila, claiming a hundred lives and displacing at least a hundred thousand people.
